The Lands Department announced today that it issued three pre-sale consents for residential developments involving 213 units in the third quarter of this year.
Such pre-sale consents were issued for three residential developments.
Two of the developments are expected to be completed this year. One is located in Tai Po and involves 135 units, while the other one, comprising 40 units, is in Sai Kung.
The remaining development, expected to be completed next year, involves 38 units in Ap Lei Chau.
At the end of last month, 31 applications for pre-sale consent for residential developments, comprising a total of 17,642 residential units, were being processed.
In addition, the department is handling five applications for consent to assign, pertaining to 2,742 residential units and two non-residential units.
Three applications for pre-sale consent for non-residential developments were also being processed.
