The Government today announced that the Financial Secretary Incorporated has reappointed Rex Auyeung as Chairman of the board of directors of the Mass Transit Railway Corporation for one and a half years.
The reappointement was made in accordance with the Articles of Association of the MTRC and the Government as the majority shareholder.
Mr Auyeung’s reappointment will run from July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025.
He first took up the post on July 1, 2019.
